S2200 Series Double-Sided Gas Manifold

Structural Features:

  • The S2200 Series double-sided manifold is suitable for gas stations with non-continuous supply requirements. Since the standby cylinder bank remains on standby, the gas supply interruption during switchover is minimal. It is applicable for gases such as oxygen, propylene, propane, argon, ammonia, air, and carbon dioxide.

  • A variety of switchover devices are available for selection. The use of original imported German ESSER switchover devices ensures high manifold safety and reliability.

  • Depending on requirements, systems can be configured with purging systems, pressure alarms, concentration alarms, and explosion-proof features.

  • Its open-frame structure facilitates easy system expansion. The use of stainless steel manifold piping offers significantly greater strength and material stability compared to brass manifolds.

  • Manifold pipes are joined using silver brazing and undergo 100% strength and leak testing, ensuring safety and reliability.

  • S2220 Model:

    • Maximum Inlet Pressure: 15 MPa / 20 MPa

    • Outlet Pressure: 1 MPa / 2 MPa / 3 MPa / 0.15 MPa (for acetylene)

    • Maximum Outlet Flow: Up to 350 m³/h (Air). Refer to the flow parameter table for details.

  • S2230 Model:

    • Maximum Inlet Pressure: 15 MPa / 20 MPa

    • Outlet Pressure: 1 MPa / 2 MPa / 5 MPa / 10 MPa / 0.15 MPa (for acetylene)

    • Maximum Outlet Flow: 50 m³/h (Air). Refer to the flow parameter table for details.
