S2300 Series Semi-Automatic Gas Manifold

Structural Features:

• The S2300 Series single-sided manifold is suitable for continuous gas supply applications. Automatic switchover is achieved by setting a pressure differential between the regulators on the left and right supply sides. However, pressure settings must be reconfigured after each cylinder change to enable the next automatic switchover cycle. It is applicable for gases such as oxygen, propylene, propane, argon, ammonia, air, and carbon dioxide.

• Depending on requirements, systems can be configured with purging systems, pressure alarms, concentration alarms, and explosion-proof features.

• Its open-frame structure facilitates easy system expansion. The use of stainless steel manifold piping offers significantly greater strength and material stability compared to brass manifolds.

• Manifold pipes are joined using silver brazing and undergo 100% strength and leak testing, ensuring safety and reliability.

• Inlet Pressure: 15 MPa / 20 MPa / 3 MPa (for acetylene, propane)

• Outlet Pressure: 1 MPa / 1.5 MPa / 0.15 MPa (for acetylene, propane)

• Maximum Outlet Flow: 100 m³/h (Air). Refer to the flow parameter table for details.

Configuration Notes:

• Outlets for flammable gases (e.g., acetylene, propane, hydrogen) must be equipped with a flashback arrestor.

• Carbon dioxide systems require a heating device.

• Standard configuration includes a 915 mm long metallic hose.
