Structural Features:

• The S2500 Series Fully Automatic Manifold is designed for continuous gas supply applications. Its automatic switchover is achieved via the auto-changeover unit within the switchover cabinet, requiring no manual operation. Featuring a mechatronic design, it ensures uninterrupted gas supply even during power failures. It is suitable for gases such as oxygen, argon, nitrogen, air, carbon dioxide, propylene, propane, and hydrogen. Units for flammable gases are constructed with an explosion-proof design.

• Its open-frame structure facilitates easy system expansion. The use of stainless steel manifold piping offers significantly greater strength and material stability compared to brass manifolds.

• Manifold pipes are joined using silver brazing and undergo 100% strength and leak testing, effectively ensuring system integrity.

• Maximum Inlet Pressure: 15 MPa, 20 MPa / 3 MPa*

• Outlet Pressure: 1 MPa, 1.5 MPa / 0.15 MPa (for acetylene)
